The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me!

I have decided to document my personal fitness journey. I feel that this is the best way for me to keep at it. I also wanted to show others what real fitness from a real person looks like in hopes to motivate someone else.

I’ll post the good, the bad, the easy times as well as the hard times. Again, this is all new to me. Embarrassing too, especially once I post current pictures. But I want others to see my vulnerability. I am a real person who struggles with bad eating habits. I am a real person who doesn’t have the energy to work out. I am a real person who is going to show you real things.

Getting there

Today I weighed myself and I am down four pounds! I started at 134.8 and I am now 130.8. Two pounds a week so far, and I even slacked off three days! Not really seeing much of a change on my body, but they say you don’t notice anything until about 4 weeks in. So let’s see if I can go down another four in these next two weeks. Man it’s killing me.

I know when I have my first real cheat meal it’s going to be wing stop. I am craving that so much. But let’s see if I can hold off on eating a really good cheat meal until I at least start seeing results…..
