Day One

So today is officially day one. I am 131.6 lbs, so about 132 lbs. It’s bittersweet. Bitter that I weigh that much but sweet that it’s not 140 lbs like I originally thought I’d be. So I’m ready to lose my double chin and chest weight most of all, but I know my body. I tend to lose weight in my love handles first & then everything else usually follows. Why couldn’t the fat have gone to my butt first 😒.

But anyways, so today for breakfast I am going to have 1 egg and some beans, plus some grapes and a cup of coffee. I’m going to try not to snack until after I workout, but if I must, I’ll have a granola bar. Not going to drink anything but water and try to go for a gallon today.

I have a meeting at Starbucks later today, so I’m going to probably just get latte, even though I want a frappe 🙄. I don’t know what I’ll eat for dinner since I won’t be home for it, so we will see. I’ll probably get a salad or something. I’m already dreading this long process… but bright side, I only need to lose 22 lbs to get to my goal weight of 110 lbs. This means if I can lose 4 lbs a month, I’ll reach my goal in about 6 months. If I lose 6 lbs a month, it’ll take me 4 months. And 8 lbs a month will take me 3 months. It’d be cool to be my goal weight before the new year starts. That way next years New Years resolution would be to tweak areas like my butt & stuff lol. I think I’m going to set up a reward prize every month too to motivate me. I think if I lose 5 lbs by the end of October, I’ll get a haircut. If I lose another 5 lbs by November I’ll color my hair. December’s reward will be a shopping trip. And I’ll think of the rest as I move alone the process. But here’s a real look at my real body.
