Ok. So. I didn’t want to write this, but as I promised, I’m going to be honest and real. I’m still 132 lbs. literally lost 0 pounds this month. Agh why does this have to be so difficult. No, why does food have to be so good lol. I just can’t seem to stick with the diet and gym for more than two weeks. First two weeks was awesome, than I just gradually stopped. Going to try to restart everything Nov. 1. I’m so frustrated because if I had stuck with it, I could be down at least 4 lbs. I’m going to have to restructure this whole routine.
I know I need to burn 500 calories a day for 7 days, meaning go to the gym everyday, which I don’t want to. What I’m going to try to do is go once on Monday, twice Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and once Friday. Let’s see how that works out. But I know I have to get strict with eating on the weekends. That’s my hardest struggle. Well here’s to restarting day one…
