So I had a semi bad weekend. It wasn’t too bad though. I didn’t go to the gym Friday because I almost broke my knee cap. I hit it on a metal trailer by accident and literally thought I shattered it. Saturday I ate half a tiny bag of hot Funyuns and a concha sweet bread. Also didn’t go to the gym. And Sunday I ate two tiny bags of hot Funyuns and a handful of lemon chips, a concha sweet bread, drank a tall coke can, had a hot dog and kids cheeseburger from BK. Also no gym.
It wasn’t too terrible though. That was the first time in two weeks that ate or drank anything unhealthy. This morning I had a concha sweet bread as well. But I’m determined to get back to the gym again and cut out all the unhealthy foods and drinks again.
I weighed myself today and I’m at 133 lbs. sucks that it’s been two weeks and I’ve only gone down two pounds. I feel like I want to push myself a little harder but than I’m afraid I’ll burn out. I’m starting to get to the point where I’m always hungry. I hadn’t felt like that at all these past two weeks, so I don’t know why it’s happening all of a sudden. Plus side is that I’m seeing my stomach get pushed inside a little bit. It’s not sticking out nearly as much as it used to.
What I think I’m going to try this week is going twice a day to the gym. Cardio in the afternoon and strength training at night, or vice versa. Not too sure yet, but I’ll keep updating.
